The Basel Mission and the other institutions which have made this website possible want to promote good and innovative use of these photographs and of historical photographs generally.

Our website includes the results of work done by people we have invited to show their skills as "Visual Interpreters". At the moment work done by the following Visual Interpreters can be consulted.

Preparing a Visual Interpreters' presentation costs money.

Mission 21/the Basel Mission and Hyperstudio are interested in taking up contact with any individual or institution who would be interested in sponsoring a Visual Interpreter's contribution in the future.
